I reinstalled Debian 2. Thank you very very much. With last kernel there is no problem and adapter working fine. Works out of the box. Works out of the box on Raspbian.

RPi USB Ethernet adapters –
Works with a Model “A” Pi if plugged into an external maybe unpowered hub. Faster than the built-in adapter, connects at gigabit rate though iperf tests show about – Mbit speed. I would caution anyone against buying the Cisco adapter. This adapter works, but it probably requires a bit of work.
